Good afternoon 6th grader parents. It is time for the annual school health screenings. If you would like your child to participate in the screenings for vision, hearing or scoliosis please fill out the attached form, selecting which screenings you would like completed. Please have your student return the form to their homeroom teacher no later than 3/14/2025.
